Typically calls are listed on the left and puts on the right, or puts are listed below the calls.

Strike prices are listed in ascending order.

Traditionally, all expirations are listed in one table from earliest to latest. Online option chains often list each expiration in a separate table under a separate tab.

Each option series (contract) typically shows price quotes, volume, open interest, and sometimes also implied volatility and/or the Greeks.
